  1. Active Tech OperationsMust possess demonstrable software engineering, SaaS product development, or enterprise digital services delivery.
  2. Ecosystem ParticipationActive involvement in bi-weekly working groups, technology clinics, and strategic alliance initiatives.
  3. Formal Entity RegistrationOfficially registered corporate entity with the SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan) or equivalent legal authority.

Non-eligible profiles

  1. Media & Content CreatorsVloggers, influencers, and digital media producers focused on content generation rather than engineering operations.
  2. Passive Commercial BrokersThird-party middlemen, lead brokers, or non-aligned commercial conglomerates without active tech divisions.
  3. Unverified EntitiesIndividuals or organizations lacking verifiable software operational scale or technical leadership profiles.

    2–5 minute statement

    • Alignment with alliance goals
    • Specific ecosystem support required, and direct mutual contributions

  4. Step 04

    Governance Charter

    Bylaws & voting

    • Formal agreement to democratic governance bylaws (50% + 1 voting rules)
    • Non-commercial compliance pledge and code of ethics agreement
