By accessing the Pakistan Tech Alliance (PTA) website, submitting an application, or taking part in any PTA activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
02About PTA
PTA is a non-commercial, collaborative, non-political, and non-religious institutional ecosystem for Pakistan’s technology sector. Nothing on this website constitutes a commercial offer, brokerage service, or professional advice.
03Eligibility & Membership
Membership is open to verified individual technology professionals who meet our published Membership Standards & Criteria.
- Provide accurate and current information in every application.
- Membership is reviewed and approved by the onboarding committee.
- PTA may decline, suspend, or revoke membership for breach of these Terms or the Charter.
04Member Conduct & Neutrality
Members agree to uphold the Democratic Governance & Neutrality Charter.
- Keep alliance activity free from political and religious agendas.
- Treat closed-door sessions and shared materials as confidential.
- Never misrepresent PTA or speak on its behalf without written authorisation.
05Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
All PTA logos, text, graphics, and press-kit materials are owned by or licensed to PTA. Official brand assets may be used by media and partners only in line with the Brand Style Guide, and may not be altered or presented as an endorsement.
06Events, Delegations & Media
Event seats and delegation places are subject to availability and verification. PTA may photograph or record events and use the material in its Media Gallery. Attendees who do not wish to be featured should tell the Secretariat in advance.
07Applications, Forms & Submissions
Information you submit through the Join Now or Contact forms is processed under our Privacy Policy. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, or third-party confidential information.
08Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PTA and its office-bearers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or participation in PTA activities.
09Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites such as maps or partner organisations. PTA does not control or endorse their content and is not responsible for their practices.
10Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith consultation with the Secretariat and, failing that, before the competent courts of Lahore.
11Changes to These Terms
PTA may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
