01Democratic principle
All strategic decisions are taken by member vote. One member, one vote, regardless of company size.
02Political neutrality
The alliance does not support or oppose any political party, candidate or government and does not take part in campaigns.
03Commercial neutrality
No partner or member may buy influence over alliance positions. Sponsorship never includes voting or agenda rights.
04Transparency
Council decisions, partner agreements and annual activity reports are shared with all members.
05Conflicts of interest
Members declare any conflict of interest before a vote and abstain where a conflict exists.
06Enforcement
Breaches of this charter are reviewed by the council and may lead to suspension of membership.
