- Identity & contact details, name, email, phone / WhatsApp, LinkedIn profile, and profile picture.
- Professional details – company name, domain, year founded, employee range, and registrations (SECP, PSEB, FBR, EOBI, PRA, P@SHA).
- Inquiry content – messages and attachments you send through our forms.
- Technical data – basic device, browser and page-load information recorded by our hosting provider in server logs and website performance monitoring.
03How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Review and process membership applications.
- Coordinate events, delegations, and working groups.
- Respond to inquiries and press requests.
- Improve the website and measure engagement.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
04Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited details with the onboarding committee, event partners, and service providers who act on our instructions, and where the law requires it.
05Cookies & Analytics
We use only the essential cookies needed to run the site, for example to keep our forms secure. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may run a performance-monitoring script that records technical page-load data. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy. 06Data Retention
We keep application and inquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for any period the law requires. Data from unsuccessful applications is deleted on request.

We apply administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transmission, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
